EPL Efficacies (Perceived Competence)

The CAS assesses one’s self-efficacy, i.e., your perceived abilities to succeed in a chosen career domain. Your efficacy scores are your perceptions of whether you are able to confidently perform the various tasks associated with a particular career domain.

“Efficacies” are not the same as “actual proficiencies”. Your EPL efficacies can be enhanced when you acquire the skills for E, P and L tasks. Read more about the EPL competencies and skills under EPL Career Development.

You can be more aware of the gaps in your E, P or L areas that you need to work on in order to excel in your respective career domain.
